At SRA Management, we believe that the hands-on, more intimate approach to property management that we offer is the exact quality that also sets us apart from so many other companies in the area. When it comes to property management, that personal touch is hugely important. As a client, you need to know that you’re more than just a line item on a balance sheet. You need to not only know that you’re working with someone who has a vested interest in whether or not you succeed, but that you can also always turn to in the event that you need an answer to a question or a concern that you need to see addressed.

Annabelle (Ann) Newland moved to Sarasota, as many people do, to help out a family relative. Her intentions were not to stay in the area, but the beauty of the city and its residents captured her heart. Annabelle graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in health care, then moved back to her family’s home near Traverse City, Michigan. She became Harbor Master in 1993 for the municipality of Northport, Michigan where she managed a one hundred slip marina. Here, the idea blossomed of taking care of people’s estates so they could sail to other ports, worry-free! While her marina clients enjoyed the Great Lakes, she oversaw the general management of their estates. The business grew to include catering, personal/business assisting, landscaping and care of the cars, boats and pets on the properties.

While in Sarasota, Annabelle received her Community Association manager’s License and ran eight luxury Neal Communities and four Community Developments Districts. As a CAM, she saw a need for quality leasing, especially in gated communities as many Realtors do not understand the restrictions and rules of renting in these communities. Many homeowners have a desire to rent their luxury properties, but do not want the burden of maintenance and the detailed financial services which rentals necessitate. Now, with her Realtor’s License, and years of experience as a Community Association manager, she had joined SRA Management in order to help her many clients.

With more than twenty-five years of providing worry free, personal care for absentee estate owners, managing community associations and marinas, Annabelle is now focused on leasing. property management and concierge estate services for her discriminating clients.
